CSA Group, a global provider of testing and certification services and a standards development organization, notifies members of the public of a door-to-door inspection scam where the individual claims to represent CSA Group and requests to inspect the homeowner’s furnace.   CSA Group employees do not attend private residences to inspect anything within a home.

Anyone who has an individual come to their door and request to inspect anything within their home on behalf of CSA Group should refuse entry, and is urged to contact the local police and CSA Group’s Anti-Counterfeiting team at: [email protected].
