The CSA Group Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Richmond Graham to the Board of Directors effective January 21, 2015. Mr. Graham has also been appointed as a member of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee.

“Dick Graham brings a wealth of business experience to the board and has been a valuable member of CSA Group’s Standards Policy Board for many years now,” said Dr. Roland Hosein, Chair of the Board. “His commitment and leadership in the oil, gas and mining industries in the areas of sustainability, social license and technology development make him an ideal fit for CSA Group’s Board of Directors. I am very pleased that Dick has agreed to become a member of the board and look forward to his continued contributions to CSA Group.”

Richmond (Dick) Graham is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with over 30 years experience in the energy and resources sector.  Mr. Graham holds a Dipl.Tech. (SIAST), B.Eng. (Lakehead University), and an MBA (Royal Roads University).  He is currently President, MMI Nexus Consulting Group and Vice President, Distinct Resources Corp.  Prior to that Mr. Graham was President and CEO, Banyan Gold Corp, Vice President, AltaGas, and Vice President, Landis Energy Corporation.  Mr. Graham also sits on the Board of Directors of public and private energy, mining, and product technology companies.

In addition to his involvement in the energy and resources industries, Mr. Graham applies his knowledge and experience on matters of strategy and governance on the Boards and Committees of many industry and community groups and serves on the Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan Science Centre.
